Jana & Luke tied the knot yesterday at Kokololio Beach Park. On the north east shore of Oahu, the weather was perfect, sunshine, bright blue skies and almost no wind! The big day was finally here & we were thrilled to be a part of such a special occasion.
I met Jana about 2 or so months ago when she emailed Best Day Ever Hawaii Wedding Planning after stumbling across our website. She was marrying her high school sweet heart who she had just gotten back together with after many years and was looking to have a small intimate wedding in Hawaii. She wanted something simple, and stress-free and our Oahu Basic Destination Wedding package was perfect 
The process began by scouting beaches. I drove down the coast checking out every beach in the area. Of all the beaches, there was one in particular that seemed perfect… white sand, aqua teal water, and not too many people. I sent Jana photos and video of Kokololio Beach (which was about 5 min from their beach house), and she agreed, it was perfect! So, we applied for and purchased the wedding beach permit. Next we found Jana and Dani a hair and make-up artist, booked the officiant, photographer, and secured the musician. Flowers and leis were ordered and everything was falling into place very quickly. . . exciting! I created a timeline for all vendors and double checked what time the sun was setting. Maps and directions were drawn up and emailed to the vendors, last minute calls were made, rentals were picked up, and before we knew it it was 12-29-12, Jana & Luke’s wedding day!
